geca™ 1-step RT-PCR Premix v3 is a convenient, ready-to-use 2X master mix containing the necessary components for RT-PCR amplification of RNA templates.It includes MMLV reverse transcriptase with enhanced thermal stability, Taq DNA polymerase with a fast extension rate and inhibitor tolerance, RNase inhibitor, Uracil DNA glycosylase to prevent carryover contamination, dNTPs containing dUTP, and enhancer/stabilizer.

The innovative buffer composition maintains activity for up to 2 years when stored at the specified temperature, compared to other kits with an expiration period of 6 – 12 months.
