ADPS™ Smart AS 1-Step RT-PCR Premix is a high-performance premix designed to perform both cDNA synthesis from RNA and PCR amplification in a single tube. Optimized with a buffer system tailored for allele-specific RT-PCR, it minimizes non-specific amplification while delivering high specificity and sensitivity.

By combining cDNA synthesis and PCR in a one-step process, this premix simplifies the workflow, shortens the total assay time, and enhances experimental reproducibility. The premix is provided at a precisely pre-mixed concentration, reducing user error and minimizing variability between experiments to ensure consistent results.

ADPS™ Smart AS 1-Step RT-PCR Premix also contains an RNase inhibitor to protect RNA integrity and UDG to prevent carryover contamination. By selectively removing uracil-containing amplicons, it effectively eliminates false-positive results.

ADPS™ Smart AS 1-Step RT-PCR Premix is optimized for a wide range of genomics research and molecular diagnostic applications, including RNA expression analysis, fusion gene detection, and viral RNA detection.
