Smart AS-PCR Premix

The ADPS™ Smart AS-PCR Premix is a high-performance PCR premix developed using ADPS™ Smart DNA Polymerase II. This product features the unique ability to precisely distinguish between matched and mismatched bases at the 3’ end of primers. Equipped with a buffer system optimized for allele-specific PCR, the premix minimizes non-specific amplification and enables precise genetic analysis with high specificity and sensitivity.

ADPS™ Smart AS-PCR Premix can be applied to a wide range of genetic variant analyses and rare mutation detection, including methylation analysis, GMO detection, SNP genotyping, genetic disease testing, and ultra-sensitive cancer mutation detection.

Designed for convenience, this product allows immediate reaction setup with the simple addition of sample and primers, significantly reducing preparation time. By providing a pre-mixed solution at an optimized concentration, it minimizes user error during the setup process and improves reproducibility.

With no need for separate reagent preparation, the risk of contamination is reduced, and the premix delivers optimal performance across various PCR applications, including standard PCR, colony PCR, and genotyping.
