ADPS™
ESR1 Mutation Test Kit
Ultra-Sensitivity Enhancing ESR1 Research Outcomes
Ultra-Sensitivity Enhancing ESR1 Research Outcomes
The ESR1 gene encodes estrogen receptor alpha, which plays an important role in hormone-responsive breast cancer. The E380Q mutation may affect hormone binding, which may have implications for treatment strategies. The Y537S and D538G mutations can confer resistance to hormone therapy, posing challenges for clinical management.
In breas The ADPS™ ESR1 Mutation Test Kit detects three important mutations within the ESR1 gene, E380Q, Y537S, and D538G, with a high sensitivity of 0.03%, 0.05%, and 0.08%, respectively. It is designed for testing both tissue and plasma samples with a single kit. Analysis of ESR1 mutations plays an important role in breast cancer research and diagnosis.
This product is for research use only (RUO) and not intended for use in diagnostic procedures.
