geca™ 2X HS PCR Premix v2 (plus UDG) is provided as a 2X concentrated, ready-to-use solution containing chemically modified Taq polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl₂, reaction enhancers, and enzyme stabilizers, excluding primers. Designed for hot start PCR, this kit is suitable for PCR experiments requiring high sensitivity and specificity. It is convenient not only for general PCR, but also for Real-Time PCR amplification using various probes and fluorescent dyes.

Additionally, the inclusion of UDG (uracil-DNA glycosylase) effectively prevents carry-over contamination from previous PCR products.

By providing optimized performance, the geca™ 2X HS PCR Premix v2 (plus UDG) saves time and cost in optimizing PCR reactions, while minimizing contamination risks both from previous PCR products and from pipetting during reaction preparation.
