cDNA Synthesis Kit

The geca™ cDNA Synthesis Kit is a product that includes all components necessary for synthesizing cDNA from RNA. This kit contains a reverse transcriptase enzyme with reduced RNase H activity and increased thermal stability, as well as an RNase inhibitor to enhance the stability of RNA templates. Additionally, it provides two types of primers commonly required for cDNA synthesis: oligo dT and random hexamers, along with optimal reaction buffers and dNTPs.
